With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Garrett (Pennington Gap, Virginia), who passed away on January 2, 2021 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Auburn Burgin and Mae Burgin; her son Patrick David Garrett; the father of her children A. W. Garrett; and her brother James Burgin.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Garrett (Tenna Christian); her granddaughters, Crystal Phillips (Perry), Della Christian (Jeffery) and Rebecca McMahon (Wayne); her great grandchildren, Aaron Stapleton, Cheyenne Sluss and Andrew Phillips; and her sister Betty King (James) of Pennington Gap, VA.
Due to covid-19 state regulations, only 10 people inside the funeral home and at the cemetery, those attending the visitation and funeral are required to wear masks/facial covering. Social distancing guidelines will also be in place.
