He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Sue (Woliver); his parents, Herman Garrett and Iris Garrett (Gilbert); and his brothers, Jackie Garrett, David Garrett and Bobby Lee Garrett.
He is survived by: his children, Paul K. Garrett, Jr. (Regina) of Pennington Gap and Sherry Bowlin (Jeff) of Kingsport, TN; and his granddaughter Abigail Grace Bowlin.
Due to Covid, the family will have a private service with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating.
