She is survived by: her spouse Cairol Spears; her children, Rosetta Provins (Howard) of Batavia, Teresa Barnett of Louisville, KY, Charlie Spears (Donna) of Pennington Gap, VA and Ricky Spears of Pennington Gap, VA; and her grandson Harley Spears. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
