She is survived by: her husband Bob Burke; her daughter Sherry Christensen (Wayne) of Bristol, VA; her stepchildren, Dawn Burke of Michigan, Amy Long (Jason) of Michigan, Gregory Burke of Michigan and Terry Burke (Laurie) of Michigan; her siblings, Billy Ray Shirks of Blackwater, VA, Earl Shirks of Pennington Gap, VA, Tom Phillips of Pennington Gap, VA and Betty Flanary of Pennington Gap, VA; her nephew Rick Middleton; and her niece Crystal Robbins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
