She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Kinser; her sister Terry Oliver; and her grandparents, June, John Robbins, Bess and Dillard Kinser Mary Alice.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Williams of Jacksboro; her daughter Summer; her son-in-law Robbie Horton of Greeneville; and her granddaughter Brooke Woods of Greeneville.
