He was predeceased by: his parents, McKinley Lewis and Martha Lewis; his siblings, Smith Lewis, George Wayne Lewis, Marie Lewis, Jean Cottrell, Shirley Nickodam and Billie Hutchinson; his nephew Roger Nickodam; and his niece Daphne Cox.
He is survived by: his cousin Dorothy Alsup; and also, John Lewis, Patricia Ely, Martha, Phillips, Doug Lewis, Jeff Hutchinson, Wayne Nickodam, Ann Cottrell, Teresa Sawyer, David Lewis, Gina Lewis, Warren Lewis and Melissa Gillis. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins and their children.
