She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee V. Shell and Clyde Moore Shell; and her siblings, Janet Grantham, Mary Alice Pennington, Opal Lee Shell, Lois Anne Hensdill and Jerry Shell.
She is survived by: her brother Herman Shell (Georgia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other close relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Home (298 Harrell St, Pennington Gap, VA 24277). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
