We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Katie Lawson (Pennington Gap, Virginia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bill, Dosha Woodard, Ulyesse and Lillie Sexton; her father Hobert Woodard; and her sister Kathy Woodard.

She is survived by: her husband Charles "Pete" Lawson; her children, Denise Lawson Glass and Johnny P. Lawson (Cristy); her grandchildren, Kaleb, Avery, Adilyn Lawson and Mason Glass; her mother Doris Woodard; and her siblings, Jackie, Jeff, Rocky Woodard, Vickie Woodard, Freda McKinney and Diane Thacker. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Due to covid-19 state regulations, the casket will not be opened. Those attending the graveside service are asked to wear masks/facial covering.
