We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jeffrey Payne in Pennington Gap, Virginia, born in Groton, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Reynard Payne; his grandparents, Zion, Belle Payne, Odas and Nellie Hall; his mother Peggy J. Hall Harber; his sister Renee Payne of Brooklyn, NY; his former wife Jennifer Burton of Toronto; his cousin Vicki Cooper-Trammell; and his pet Shiloh. He was also cherished by aunts, cousins and friends.
Due to Covid no formal service will be held at this time.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jeff's honor at PETWORKS in Kingsport.
