He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Orr of Pennington Gap, VA and Shirley Orr of Pennington Gap, VA; his children, Matthew Orr of Waynesboro, VA, Brittany Perkins (Randy) of Pennington Gap, VA and Natasha Donby (Jerry) of Coeburn, VA.; his grandchildren, Cole Edward Orr, Regan Orr, Luke Orr, Jaxon Donby and Mason Donby; his siblings, Scott Orr (Kim) of Pennington Gap, VA and Darla Hollyfield (Jeff) of Kodak, TN; and also Melissa Ellstrom of Waynesboro, VA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
