It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Hubbard Napier Garrett (Pennington Gap, Virginia), who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Hubbard and Bess Hubbard; her former husband Larance Napier; her sister Sue Stapleton; and her siblings-in-law, Jimmie Lou Hubbard, Lois Hubbard and Bill Stapleton.
She is survived by: her husband Louie Garrett of Dryden; her daughters, Michelle Napier of Knoxville, TN and Misti Young (Kevin) of Morristown, TN; her stepchildren, Teresa McCoy (Jeff) of Middletown, OH and Barry Garrett (Ann) of New Carlisle, OH; her grandson Hudson Andrew Larance Young; her stepgrandchildren, Felicia Foulke, Jessica Sizemore, Kayla Gibbs and Brett Garrett; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Eli Foulke and Alessia Sizemore.
