He is survived by: his wife Bertie Adams; his sons, Shannon Adams of Martinsville, IN and Jackie Adams, Jr.; his wife Elizabeth of Martinsville, VA; his daughter Jewell Webb (Jake) of St. Charles, VA.; his stepbrothers, Johnny Adams of Tennessee, Roger Adam of Indianapolis, IN, Dean Adams and Robert Adams; his sisters, Sue Crowe of Martinsville, IN, Ann Lotterman of Martinsville, IN and Eloise Walls of Martinsville, IN; his stepsister Lisa Adams of Martinsville, IN.; and also, Earl Johnson (Amy) of Franklin, IN and Clarence Johnson (Ellen). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
