He was predeceased by: his father Grover Fultz; the mother of his children Nell Maddle; and his nephew Jeffrey Strunk. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Fultz; his mother Ruth Fultz of Bardstown, KY; his daughters, Jackie Cantrell (Donald), Shannon Maddle of St. Charles, VA and Selina Gladden of Great Falls, SC; his grandchildren, Ashley Longsworth, Carrie Barnett, Jayla "Jaybird" Ballard and Cody Cantrell; his great grandchildren, Kinsley Longsworth, Mallory Longsworth, Eli Barnett and Ella Barnett; and his sisters, Charlotte Joan Miller of Jonesville, VA, Emma Cox of Bardstown, KY, Nancy Taylor of Kingsport, TN and Liz Strictland (Glenn) of Manassas, VA..
