She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Blanton; her children, Ida Lorene Allen and Terry Lee Blanton; her parents, William Taylor and Bessie Taylor; and her siblings, Roy Taylor, Ethel Collier, Mary Oliver, Ruby Taylor and David Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Willie Blanton (Cindy), Marie Yeary (Darrell) and Karen Jones (Tommy); and her sisters, Geneva McMahan and Gracie Smallwood. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
