She is survived by: her children, Doug Surber (Jan) of Miamisburg, OH, Vicki Ward (Jerry) of Duffield, VA and Tracy Hughes (Mark) of Pennington Gap, VA; her daughter-in-law Leigh Ann Surber of Jonesville, VA; her nieces, Linda Cowden and Carol Woodard (Berneda Cooper); and her caregivers, Jo Blanton, Sharon Napier and Ruth. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
