She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrel Middleton and Billie JoAnn Middleton; her brothers-in-law, Tommy Taylor and Jeff Witt; and her nephew Eric Witt.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Shuler; her children, Merrell David Woliver (Sabrina) of Jonesville, VA and Betty Ramey of Jonesville, VA; and her siblings, Robert Bob Middleton (Sherry) of Dryden, VA, Melvin Bo Kelly (Teresa), Merrel Middleton (Katie) of Dryden, VA, Willie Middleton (Judy) of Dryden, VA, John Middleton of Dryden, VA, Barbara Taylor of Rogersville, TN, Mary Witt of Rogersville, TN and Brenda Negron (Jorge) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Due to Covid-19 regulations only ten people at a time inside or outside of the funeral home and the cemetery.
