She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher "C. J." Jessee and Margaret Woodard Jessee; her husband William Donald Baldwin; and her siblings, Larry Jessee, Sue Hobbs, Sharon Short, Gary Jessee, Terrie Mullins, Jeffery Jessee and Rodney Jessee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gidget Harless of Pennington Gap, Bridget Baldwin (Michael) of Kingsport, Jacqueline Woliver (Tori) of Pennington Gap and Leah Baldwin of Pennington Gap; her granddaughter Sarah Nickodam of Georgia; and her sister Janice Robbins (Michael) of St Charles. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Pennington Gap Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
