He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wood Fannon; his daughters, Jennifer Place (Jeffrey) and Elizabeth Ann Fannon; his grandchildren, Nathan Wilder (Alexis), Julia Place, Jackson Place, Evan Sturgill and Dylan Sturgill; his great grandchild Charlotte Wilder; and his siblings, Peggy Kiser and William Fannon (Donna). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other cherished family and friends.
