It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Patrick of Pennington Gap, Virginia, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on March 24, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Matthew and Mattie Almara Lawson Collins; and her husband David Patrick. She is survived by: her siblings, David Collins and Faye Davis; and her caregivers, Deborah Aistrop, Sherry Middleton and Rehabilitation Ceneter. She is also survived by 1 nephew and 2 nieces along with two very special friends.
