With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Ray Belcher of Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on November 25, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Belcher and Ellen Isom Belcher Lemar (Sammy); and his brother Roger Belcher. He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Belcher (Joyce Deaton) and Rosharon Blevins; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Belcher and Sheila Belcher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
