She is survived by: her parents, Randy Evans and Patricia Evans; her children, Ryan Collier of Coeburn, Heather Dawn Collier (Bill) and Tishia Evans (Joel); her brothers, Warren Evans (Terri) and Dusty Evans of Pennington Gap, VA; her grandchildren, Faith Renaye Warren, David Ray Warren, Paige Nichole Middleton and Jace Nathaniel Middleton; her niece Olivia Grace Evans; and her close friend Jody Bryson.
