He is survived by: his children, Jeff Fleenor (Gladys) of Erwin, TN, Shawn Fleenor (Tiffany) of Franklin, OH, Becky Latham (Scott) of Tennessee, Phyllis Garrett of Nebo, NC and Sandra Helbert of Pennington Gap, VA; and his siblings, Harold Woliver of Lee County, VA, Bob Woliver (Becky) of Lee County, VA, Danny Woliver (Mona) of Lee County, VA, Roy Woliver (Cindy) of Lee County, VA, Oscar Woliver (Chris) of Lee County, VA and Geraldine Wendell of Vandalia, OH. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
