It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrel Ray Penley of Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John (Ella Penley, Jr.) and Darrel. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Penley; his children, Justin Penley and Alenna Hopkins (Shane); his grandchild Brantley; his sisters, Glenda Jessee and Sharon Stapleton; and his mother-in-law Goldie Crider.
