He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Head; his sons, Anthony Head (Elysia) of Jacksonville, FL and Cody Head (KC) of Sticklyville, VA; his siblings, Teresa Orrick (Richard) of Whitesburg, TN, Tonya Bishop (Roy) of Sticklyville, VA and Troy Head (Catrina) of Sticklyville, VA; his uncles, Clay Jones (Betty) of Huntsville, AL, Carl Jones (Judy) of Tupelo, MS and Mike Jones (Jane) of Sticklyville, VA; his aunt Mable Clark (Lewis) of Woodway, VA; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Matthew Head of Jacksonville, FL and Annistyn Head of Sticklyville, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of many friends.
