She is survived by: her husband Lee Martin of Pennington Gap, VA; her children, Shannon Napier Martin (David Martin) and Jason Napier (Ashley Napier); her grandchildren, Devon Napier, Madison Napier, Michael, Christopher, Grace Martin, Tryzden Napier and Macy Napier; her siblings, Ron McCoy (Deborah) of Pennington Gap, VA, Terry McCoy (Regina) of Middletown, OH, Gary McCoy (Anita) of Frenchburg, KY, Barry Owens (Gina) of Greenville, TN and Sandra Kroger of Middletown, OH; her niece Megan Owens Mullins (Grant); her daughter Penny June; and her close friends, JoAnn Woodard Carver, Jack Houndshell and Crystal Combs (Aron Combs). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
