He was predeceased by: his son Jeff Orr; his parents, Howard Orr and Hazel Orr; and his half-brother Roger Crusenberry. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Orr; his children, Darla Hollyfield (Jeff) of Kodiak, TN and David Scott Orr (Kim) of Pennington Gap, VA; and his grandchildren, Matthew Orr, Brandon Hollyfield, Ashley Mays, Natasha Domby, Alexa Mullins, Blake Hollyfiled, Evan Orr, Brittany Perkins and Alex Orr. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
