He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Elliott and Albert Elliott of Kingsport, TN; his sons, Chad Elliott, Jordan Elliott and Isaiah Elliott'; his brother Kevin Elliott (Pamela Hartsock) of Kingsport, TN; and his grandmother Geneva Elliott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
