It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Wayne Mullins of Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cardell Mullins and Ruby Mullins; and his siblings, Dorothy Woods and Jerry Leonard Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Judy Mullins; his son Jonathan Mullins (Chanda); his stepchildren, Michael Hughes (April) and Missy Robbins (Shane); his grandchildren, Chandler Mullins, Katy Davidson, Nolan Davidson, Dustin Davidson, Nathan Hughes and Bailie Hughes; his great grandchild Iris Thacker; and his siblings, Brenda Cowden, Peggy Sexton and Jack Mullins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
