He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Brookshire Sage; his children, Lisa (Terry Snowden) of Middleton, Ohio. and David Sage (Tammy) of Miamisburg, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Tiffany Cleghorn (Coty) of Germantown and Kenny Steele of Carlisle, Ohio.; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Keighlynn, Tanner, Asher and Kade Cleghorn; his sister Ruby Cox of Stickleyville, VA; and his nephews, Greg, Jerry and Terry Cox.
