He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Clark and Eva Clark; his wife Betty Clark (Hess); his children, Marvin Clark, Sr. and Regina Spivey; his granddaughter Autumn Clark; and his siblings, Geneva Woods, Alma Ward, Betty Laster, Mary Elmore and Johnny Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Scalf (Layton) of Johnson City, TN, Demie Olinger of Pennington Gap, VA and Gene Clark (Crystal) of Weber City, VA; his grandchildren, Joey Yeary (Rhonda), Jessica Cox (Andrew), Misty Brock (Thomas), LJ Scalf (Tina), Marvin Clark, Jr. (Angela), Amber Daniels (Will), Demi Livesay, Monica Livesay, Brandon Clark, Samantha Mullins (Adam), Crystal Phillips, Roger Clark (Justice), Brittany Skidmore (Doug) and Christopher MeQueen; and his close friend Ronnie Mullins. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
