Billie Collins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Collins of Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Carroll and William Carroll; her siblings, Morlean Fleenor, Christene Collins, Pauline Catron and James Carroll; her son Johnny Ray Collins; and her grandsons, Brian Thomas Collins and James Clayton Dameron.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Houseright (Frank Houseright), Billy Collins (Kay Collins), Tommy Collins (Elisha Caudill) and Virginia Dameron; her daughter-in-law Beverly Collins; and her grandchildren, Tonya Dechant, Becky Montgomery, Lynn Young, Kim Bosco, Jody Dameron, David Collins and Cynthia Collins. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Due to covid-19 state regulations, those attending the visitation and funeral are asked to wear masks/facial covering. Social distancing guidelines will also be in place.
