She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry "Bud" Mullins; her parents, George Patrick and Beulah Patrick; and her siblings, Michael Patrick, Judy Corbin and Brenda Fields.

She is survived by: her children, James "Gregory" Mullins (Sandi) of Kingsport, TN, Shaun Mullins (Frances) of Pennington Gap, VA and Susie Peters (Rusty) of Wise, VA; her grandchildren, Jeremy Mullins, Emilie Mullins, Justin Peters and Derek Peters; her great grandchildren, Caleb Peters and Kylah Peters; and her siblings, Garland Patrick (Karen) of Long Island, NY, Joanne Phillips of Noblesville, IN and Gail Patrick of Miamisburg, OH..
