He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Baker; his son David Baker; and his parents, Charles Baker and Josie Baker. He is survived by: his siblings, Lawrence, Raymond, Dallas Baker, Ruth Baker and Christine Messer; his great grandchild Greyson Hoskins; his daughters, Ruth Baker of Dryden, Tammy Baker of Dryden and Angela Sturgill of Pennington Gap; his granddaughters, Nicole Sturgill and Kiara Thomas; his great grandchildren, Easton and Rylee Hoskins; his sisters, Barbara Bledose and Lounette Daniels; and his close friend Margie Garrett.
