He was predeceased by: his grandfather Kenneth Cheek. He is survived by: his daughter Maci Cheek; his parents, Brandon Cheek and Karen Cheek; his grandparents, Dave, Betty Rhoten, Jim and Bridget Livesay; and his aunts and uncles, Sue (Brandon Burns), Lianne Cheek, Michael (Becky Rhoten), Jonathan Rhoten, Tiffany Rhoten, Jamie (Donna Sturgill), Heath (Juanita Cheek), Brian (Olivia Livesay) and James (Tracy Livesay). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and the many friends.
