Arnold Smith, 66, of Pennington Gap passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Lonesome Pine hospital.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Pennington Gap Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Pennington Gap Funeral Home to assist with burial expenses.
