She was predeceased by: her father Edward Louise Standifer; and her grandparents, Raymond, Bonnie Standifer, Vern and Shirley Morefield Anissa.
She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Keith Middleton; her sons, Joshua Shelden Laws (Brittany) and Abel; her mother Hilda Kay Standifer; her brother Brian Standifer (Celeste); her nephew Chris Standifer (Breanna); her great-nephew Blake; her nephew Ashley; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cayden, Eli, Addie and Tucker; her nephew Kasey Standifer; her father-in-law Fred F. Middleton, Jr.; and her uncle Johnny Morefield. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
