He is survived by: his wife Elsie Middleton; his children, Rodney (Lori Wilson) of Jonesville, Amanda, Angela (Al Lewis) of Saint Charles and Jason (Tina) of Jonesville; his brother Ricky Dale (Barbara Middleton) of Dryden; his grandchildren, Kelsie, Dalton Crabtree and Kayla Middleton; and his aunt Nancy Byrd. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
