She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Earl and Mary Elizabeth Estep Ball Sr. (Charlotte); and her husband David DeWayne Hoover. She is survived by: her son Nathan Carr (Leah Wolfe) of Penn Laird; her stepdaughter Robyn Anthony; her siblings, Carlos Earl Ball Jr. (Deborah) of Milton and Sharon Hill of Lenexa, KS; her granddaughter Neveah; her stepgrandchildren, Brad Rexrode and Anna Rexrode; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Dallas Rexrode and Mason Rexrode.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Mount Clinton Mennonite Church (6954 Mt Clinton Pike, Harrisonburg, VA 22802). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
