She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Edwin and Louise Hoey (Troehler) of Virginia; her husband Harry James Dobbs; her children, Donna R. Dobbs and Harry J. Dobbs III; and her siblings, Ruth Hoey Sellers and Charles Hoey.
She is survived by: her brother Ralph Hoey; her son Tom Dobbs (Donna) of Midlothian; her grandchildren, Matthew T. Dobbs, Brian J. Dobbs and Lauren Ashley Dobbs; and her great grandchildren, Kaiden J. Dobbs, Alex Dobbs and Aiden Dobbs.
