He is survived by: his wife Pamela Garman Amos; his son Jason Amos (Jen); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Jack and Wyatt; his sister Evelyn Turner; and his sisters-in-law, Mildred Amos, Sue Ward and Ruby Edwards (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
