She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmit Ray Ratliff and Lillie Bell Sarver Ratliff; her husband Edgar Dave Plunkett; and her siblings, Kenneth Ratliff, Raymond Ratliff, Ray Ratliff, Jr., Russell Ratliff, Evelyn Dudding and Marlene Dudding.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Ann Sarver of Penhook and Anita Hicks of Wirtz; and her siblings, Bill Ratliff (Bertha) of New Castle, Betty Flinchum of New Castle and Anna Sowers (Bobby) of New Castle. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
