He was predeceased by: his parents, Blain M. Mead and Marian Koebley Mead. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Sciangula Mead; his children, Blain Mead (Stephanie) and Melissa Ghaphery (Keith); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Anthony (Kelly), Jonathan, Cara and Owen.
