He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Russell, Susie Perkins, David and Agnes Osborne. He is survived by: his parents, Melvin "Whitey" Perkins and Mildred Osborne Perkins of Gretna; his daughters, Jesika Perkins of Fuquay-Varina, NC and Casey Perkins (Cody Roach) of Gretna; his grandchildren, Maison McMillan and Logan Dunn; his sister Jennifer Perkins of Gretna; and also Carla Cain of Durham, NC.
