He is survived by: his wife Juanita James; his children, Joyce Davis (William) of Glade Hill, VA, Lisa Witcher (David) of Rocky Mount, VA, Richard "Pete" James (Linda) of Penhook, VA and Ricky James (Norma Jean) of Rocky Mount, VA; and his siblings, Theodore James of Rocky Mount, VA, Guy James of Penhook, VA, Patricia Evans of Cincinnati, OH and Erma Preston of Rocky Mount, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
