She was predeceased by: her parents, George Matthews and Martha Matherly Matthews; her siblings, Merritt, Allen, Wesley (Ola), Wade, Randy, Richard "Muggs" Matthews and Emily M. Jefferson (Ford); her brothers-in-law, Don Ramsey, Jerry Lee Reynolds and Trent Haskins; and her nephews, Jeffrey Matthews, James "Beans" Matthews and Steve Jefferson.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie S. Haskins; her sisters, Norma M. Ramsey, Judy M. Reynolds and Bonnie M. Reynolds (Sammie) of Chatham; and her uncle Jimmy Matherly of Martinsville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
The family requests no food, and memorial donations may be made to Forrest Hill Christian Church.
