She was predeceased by: her parent Thelma James Drewry; her former husband Hillard Shively, Sr.; her children, Roger Shively and Patricia Sink; her brothers, Thomas Drewry and Drewry, Jr.; and her granddaughter Billie Jo Bandy.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Shively (Beth) and Lois; her grandchildren, Ethan Shively, Kim Cooper, Jamey Pugh, Michael Bandy and Roger Bandy; and her sister Virginia Hodges.
