Palmer; her children, Kevin James Jefferson and Shannon Jefferson Wagner (Wayne); her siblings, Joseph Drewry "Joe" David (Nancy), Deborah Catherine "Kitty" Cales (Paul) and Nancy Susan "Sue" Doss (Joey); her sister-in-law Rosalind Oakes David; her stepchildren, Jessica Reed, Jennifer Palmer and Jonathan Palmer; and her grandchildren, Katelyn Jefferson, Lucas Jefferson, Lydia Wagner, Silas Wagner and Loyal Wagner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
