It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vaivasa Soona Kelly of Pembroke, Virginia, who passed away on November 30, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Vaivasa Soona may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vaivasa Soona touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Angeline "Emmy" Siphia; and her grandson Bobby. She is survived by: her children, Pinky Taylor, Mekala Ilene and Jess Cleveland; and her grandchildren, Brandon Hanalei Kaleo'o'kalani, Shanda Malia Kehaulani, Dewon Q., Richard Lekaki, Jayleen C., Yzemene Lashae, Kysmet Isis and Jaden Rein.
