He is survived by: his wife Linda Hale Bailey; his children, Christopher Bailey, Marsha Dalton of Narrows, Lisa Fueston of Ohio and Robin East of Floyd, Virginia; his stepson Dewayne Heinlein of Pembroke; and his siblings, Chapman Bailey of Newport and Susan "Susie" Collins of Staffordsville, VA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
