He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cloyd Williams (Claude) and Lema Stiff Williams; his siblings, Claude (Edna), Mary Sue Williams, Margaret Louise Williams, Gerald Williams (Sadie), Robert Williams (Lucille) and Rachel Atkins (Buster); and his sister-in-law Barbara M. Raines (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Meredith Williams; his children, Randall Williams (Theresa) and Myra Williams; his granddaughter Jennifer Williams; his great grandchildren, Courtney (Alexis), Samantha and Sienna; his sister Jean Williams of Roanoke, VA; his close friend Mya Angel; and his friend Loretta Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Newport Rescue Squad.
